If u r talking about the Polyphonic ringtones, which can be d/l ed using GPRS or from Internet, those r created professionally using some players connected to computer!

There r many s/w, which allow to convert Mp3/ Wav files into Midi (Polyphonic) ringtones! But believe me the output is so BAD! U even can't realize the song!
