Go for the sony erricson T610. Its features are also good as well as its cam quality is execellent. I own one so if u hv any queries ask me.

But only thing it doesnt hv video recording.

i think rite now its the best u can go for under 10 category.
well as far as u are concerned with only camera. ; then i think this sud do, but e398 doesnt have any video recording
