Plz suggest graphics card

I am planning to buy 2nd generation i5-2320 and Intel DH67CL along with 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz Transcend ram.

Please suggest me a graphics card around 5-6k. I only play FIFA series. So i am looking for a decent graphics card which will be relevant for next 3-4 FIFA editions.

Also suggest which PSU i need to buy?

Get the HD 6770 for around 6.7k (not sure of lowest price)
OR
Get the HD 6750 for 5.9k

It will be good enough for FIFA series. Hope you have a good PSU though. A good brand 450W PSU is recommended for HD 6770.

are u kidding me??FIFA 11 and FIFA 12 both are graphics demanding game...u will need a good card over Rs 10k to even play those two games...trust me on this...there are horrible lags even on 6950...Don't think about future editions, they would get more demanding only..

The recommended GPU for FIFA 12 is 8800GS. Thats a very old and slow GPU. Even a HD 5670 maxes it out. A FIFA game would never require a HD 6950 since they are console ports and the Graphics processing capability of the consoles is limited and old. If its lagging, check for patches or maybe you have a hardware bottleneck.

If you dont have a good SMPS then get the parts suggested by clmlbx

^^I have not played fifa 2012 but I have played Fifa 2011 and their both minimum requirements are same. hence 2012 will also also work fine..

Rather than the DDR3 model get the GDDR5 model from Sapphire or MSI around 5.4K. GDDR5 offers twice memory bandwidth of GDDR3 running at same speed which is very much required for these budget cards like HD 5670 or 6670 as they have only 128 bit memory bus. GDDR3 version offers lesser memory bandwidth resulting decrease in performance compared to the GDDR5 version.

I did not recommend GDDR5 version because it is little expensive then GDDR3 and as that Graphic card is more then enough for Fifa. And as it had 6K for graphic card so I also accommodated xbox 360 controller in it.

I have played FIFA 11 on machine with Pentium D 820 (S) DC 2.8 GHz, 1 GB ram, xp and ATI Radeon HD4350. It was OK to play on minimum setting.
So i guess with i5-2320 above suggested graphics card will be sufficient for next 2-3 editions.

Will it be? Please reply.

yes, I guess it will be easily.. If budget is no problem then do go for GDDR5 version. (Rs 700 more)

See the next console refresh will be anytime between 2013-2015. I can say with much confidence you will be ok for next 2 editions. After that if new gen console releases thirsty console devs will start using potential of those new graphics. So maybe you will have to lower settings then. Get the HD 6770 if possible, it has more horsepower which may let you enjoy FIFA across one more year
