ok the thing is that
unlocking core is not a big deal
i heard it depends on luck
the main issue is the temperature readings
many users unlock and then worry about the soaring temperatures
its so because the HSF are designed for 2 cores and not four cores
thats why the temp rises
if someone wants to get rid of these temperatures,he should lower down the voltage i order to lower the speed of the cpu
considering 555BE @3.2ghz when unlocked to 955BE @3.2 ghz
one should lower the speed at 3ghz at least to make the optimum temperature
some guys here suggested me one thing and its very valid:
when i was about to buy my cpu i was wondering if i should also go for 550/555BE and unlock it
but then after unlocking the temp would rise ,this fact i knew
so in order to combat high temp i would have to buy a good heatsink
the new heatsink would be at least 1.5 to 2k
so why not buy the 4cores processor with a stock HSF like 955BE and keep aside any complications
thats what i meant
