pls suggest a really good bkp softwarewith this criteria

please suggest some really good backup software meeting the following criteria

1-feature to compress the backup
2-feature to backup to cdr and preferably dvd
3-feature to make rescue cds so that i can boot from it and restore the bkp if i couldnt boot normally
4-preferably not a drive imaging software.
5-ability to choose files including key system files to bkp

thanks swatkat. but i guess it doesnt have the option to make a bootable rescue cd in case disaster strikes and i cant boot normally and restore fromm under windows..
