4. Preferred choice of brand? Any good brand

6. What camera option you want? Please specify need for flash, autofocus, front facing camera. need flash, autofocus, video calling cam
7. Preferred operating system? (Android, Symbian, iOS, Windows Phone etc). any
8. Preferred connectivity options (3G, Wifi etc)Please specify clearly. both

Right off the assembly line
Videocalling cam is a must have. Apart from that i like ace..
Any others having front camera and rear camera with flash,autofocus.

Believe Me or Not!!!
Increase your budget and go for either Nokia C6-01 (around 15.5k, fixed focus instead of auto focus) or Samsung Wave 2 (around 16.5k)

Its hard to find front cam on android phones :)

get Wave II. thats the best you can get. overshoots your budget slightly but in the end its worth the extra cash.

What is the use of front facing camera on Wave II? There is no Skype for Bada, not Qik for Bada... absolutely useless OS.

Built quality of the phone is very good. Also good looking, unlike Ace...

If it had Android 2.2, it was a VFM phone... But BADA killed it...

^^ You might see Android on Wave soon. Some guys were able to port it to the Wave. But it is now in the preliminary stage.
