Just to clear your confusion.
I called this Sameer Khan who owns the shop and asked default questions...
(I ask these to every eBay sellers whatever the price is)
---this is my PIN code, do you ship here? Answer :Yes
---I'm from Kolkata, do I need to send any tax invoice/permit doc etc? Ans: No
---Is the item available in stock? Ans: Yes
---What type of warranty are you giving with it? Ans: Sony India Warranty
---That means its not seller warranty? Ans: No, not seller warranty,
---When will you ship? Ans: As soon as we get the confirmation from eBay.

The arsehole today tried to convince me to take one with seller warranty instead.

SUe that a**h*le seller on ebay.. report it to ebay cc n give him negative rating n worst feedback

I've bought things from eBay over times. Its been 5 years I'm dealing with eBay. I know the risks and take precautions.
And, moreover at times I've good deals from eBay which local shops or other online shops could not give.

33k is a big amount to take any risk. As per me order those things from ebay which r not available in our country or region. Like rigky fusion case for N4 or pantech burst etc.

The @$$|-|073 is saying the device is not available with manufacturer warranty rather with seller warranty. To get a device with manufacturer warranty I need to wait indefinite time.

Took a refund.

AFAIK their is a Firmware Update available for SXZ that improves Camera & Display PQ so do update your device.

There are plenty of reviews so not gonna do another one.

Observations:-

1>Its huge!
2>How do I keep it in my pocket? Really uncomfortable and holding in hand always is really annoying.
3>Had trouble inserting SIM card. I never thought I would require a video guide to insert a SIM card in my device!
4>When charging by my Samsung Galaxy S charger it charges real slow but with its own charger it charges fast! Why?
5>Rooting ****ed my life. Was awake till 4Am last night. Woke up 7Am again and tried again. Then sat at 7PM again and finally done (well halfway done)
Root advice: Device comes with .434 driver. Don't update. Root it. Then update to .253.
Till now no way to root .253 if coming from locked bootloader.
