Hi guys,
I am planning to buy a PC around 40-45k. I need everything including keyboard, mouse n monitor.
I want to use it mainly for gaming. I am thinking of Core i5. Please guys suggest me a good configuration keeping in mind my gaming requirement.

I don't wish to run all games at full specs but it should be able to play almost all latest games. Also it should be future proof.

Thanks guys.

P.S. : I am buying a new PC after a long time and too coz i wish to play all latest games. :)

By combo I mean proccy + mobo = 10.5k
I've found technocrat's price much lower than others. Supreme is just overpriced. Arihant is also good but they offers less price only for known persons. Well.....I would suggest technocrat. But get the quotes and compare yourself.

guys i am talking about HD5850. Is it worth to spend more on 5850 (which goes beyond my budget) or should i stick to 5770 (which is in my budget).

1 suggestion, get Biostar TA790GX A3+ & HD5770. later down the line after 2yrs if u think HD5770 not able run games at high setting, add 1 more in CrossFire . for now spending extra 5k + 2k (graphics card + PSU) mayn't be worth it if your budget tight & u nt hardcore gamer.

1yr yes, 2yrs i doubt. but adding a second HD5770 later wil make ur PC brand new.

hmmm.. and what if i buy 5850 now only then?
Give ur preference:
buying 5770 nw and upgarding 1yr later? [ ]
or
buying 5850 nw and get nthing upgarded fr atleast 2 yrs? [ ]

:)

Depends on how hardcore gamer you are. If you want to play all the upcoming titles in 2yrs in high(max) setting then you need to change your graphics card in may be 1 yr. If med settings would do then no need to worry.

Every now and then technology are changing and upgrading. So to keep track with it you may need to change your config every six months or so. So it's up to you what you wanna do.

a higher end graphics is always a better choice. Coz the lower ends can become little slow towards the end but the mid high end cards perform really good for a long time coz they are heavy duty one..and i think you'll not try to update your graphics card in a year or two. So get the best that you can afford.
