Ans:NO

Ans:Windows 7,8, Lots of Linux Distros.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:Minimum 1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes, want to buy a monitor. Minimum 18"

Ans:I already have a processor[Intel Pentium D], PSU[430W],Cabinet,Motherboard.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:December.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:Yes

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Live in Amravati,Maharashtra. Both online and locally.

Which PSU you have(exact model and specifications)?Also give details about the cabinet.
It would give idea whether they can be reused and would be sufficient with newer components.

Seasonic S12II 430 Watts PSU and Lenovo Cabinet(don't know the model, very old).

@the incinerator, i am more interested in playing games(during holidays), no need for cpu intense tasks as of now. I had decided the following, what do you think.

HD6770 can't be crossfired with the APU's IGP.
Seasonic S12II 430 Watts is fine.Reuse that.
Your config is fine.If you are going for a discrete graphics card and have no plans of overclocking better go with the components The Incinerator suggested.
Spend the remaining amount on a better graphics card like hd7770 or gtx650ti or may be something like hd7850.
Also if you are not constrained for space,look for a better cabinet like nzxt source 210 elite.

protip : dont put in a A-series apu and a gpu in the same machine. waste of good money. its called an APU for a reason.

and GTX660 or HD7850? I will buy the i3 and have to go with the 500W PSU.

Take gtx660 if you can get that,otherwise hd7850 is fine.
CX500v2 is fine but Seasonic S12II 430 is more than sufficient to power the config.
