Please Help. Urgent!

I am using Opera Mini on my Samsung mobile. Whenever I am downloading with either opera or my wap browser I get an error:
Opera:"Error. Cannot write file."
WAP:"Unable to complete download"
Please help me.

It is because

*Either the memory is Full
*Write access is denied for Java.
Google on java write access a bit. Cant help on that ATM.

in read and write user data.. to accessible
