Right off the assembly line
I have a 3 year old HP notebook with Celeron M 1.7Ghz Processor and a 512mb DDR2 PC2-5300 Ram module
I want to upgrade RAM, but i cant decide whether i should buy, I have 2 options
1. 2x1GB modules and use them in dual channel, in this case my existing 512mb module will be wasted. (1gb+1gb)
2. 1x2GB module and use it with my existing 512mb module (2gb+512mb)
Also the new Ram i will get will be PC2-6400.
I want to run windows 7 home premium on my laptop
I also want to know if i could get better performance with my existing processor.
