My budget is 70000 inr.
First thing i want say is that this is my first build and also i am new to building computers.

please read the specs list and suggest the parts i should buy.also provide the links of the website from which i can buy them using cash on delivery.

and here are the questions that every one are supposed to answer:

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'etcetera.')
Ans: Gaming ( GTA 5 ,Call of duty , Battlefield so on )

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.

+1. Thats ~73k. If you want it absolutely under 70k, substitute WD Black for Blue.

How about this config:-
AMD FX-8350 @ 12.5K
Asus M5A99FX EVO R2.0 11K
Kingston HyperX Blue 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3 @ 4.7K
WD Caviar Blue 1 TB 4.1K
Kingston SV300S37A/120G 120GB SSD @ 6.4K
seasonic s12 ii 620 - 5.2k
Asus Radeon R9 290 4GB DDR5 -34.5k

Total: 78.4K

I think R9 290 is the best choice of Graphics card here and with the latest driver updates and BIOS release, the problem of throttling has been fixed mostly. Custom Cooler has been recommended for its bigger brother R9 290X but anywhere 290 was blamed for high noise level or temperature even with the stock cooler.

He already has a z87 board.

Hey Bro can you suggest a Nvidia card instead OF AMD card please. I must be little bit cheaper than 30000 (under 30k actually)
Thanks in advance

nvidia card available for around 33-34k is gtx 770 which is nowhere near to r9 290 at 34.5k. just look for reviews.

^^ which is because the price cut of 770 has not touched indian soil till now, it will be under 25K, 770 is tiny bit faster than 280X across benchmarks, thats all, with no price reduction, no point in buying that card now where equivalent or superior AMD counter parts are already there. You can choose GTX760 Amp/OC versions from greenvidia which is well below 25K.
