I Am Havin Sony Combo Drive It's Now Over 2 Years It Was Runnin Dual Layer And Dvd Very Smoothly But If Any type Dvd Specially Dual Layer Got Even A Scrath It Doesn't Work Please Help

From my personal experience, the lens of your rom is weak.
Its nothing like it wont read "scrathwaali" CDs but it wont read any CDs(DVDs) which are a bit old or were written using some other burner.
So either go for a lens replacement(primary option) or change your drive.
