Pleae help build my new computer

I am going to purchase a new computer. I need a good case, a very fast processor(I am a multimedia professional which requires a lot of animationm and video rendering), supporting motherboard, 1 GB RAM, a SATA 120-160 GB Hard Disc, a DVD writer and nothing else. Budget is 30-35k. Please suggest.

BTW, I wish to obtain Pentium® Processor Extreme Edition 955 with Intel® Desktop Board D975XBX but not getting this in the market. How can I get it and what is the price of it?

No reply till 10.25PM and I have decided to go for:---
(1) Intel Pentium D 3.2/3 GHz Processor(Rs. 15500/-)
(2) Intel 945GNT MoBo(Rs. 5850/-)
(3) 1GB DDR2 533MHz RAM(Rs. 5100/-)
(4) Seagate SATA 120 GB HD(Rs. 3750/-)
(5) HP DVD Writer(Rs. 2750/-)
any better suggestion?

BTW, what is the better alternative between Dual core processor and Hyperthreading enabled processor? I think Pentium D processors are not Hyperthreading enabled. I am a multimedia professional which requires a lot of animationm and video rendering. Please suggest.

i think higher end intel dual cores do support hyperthreadin
it means each core has two pipes for data transfer
tht means better multitaskin

hey i am also planning to go for an upgrade.....

i am an avid gamer and want to buy a nice processor for it....
i am also a flash-animation creator and will be learning 3ds max after sometime so i want good rendering time...
in this form only, i recvd an advice that intel is good for multimedia and AMD for games...


what should i do?

As you are using 3DS a lot, i guess a higher-speed intel is ok, or get a top-end AMD which will boost ur gaming
