This is my PC specs right now-
CPU- FX 4100
GPU- Radeon HD 7850 2 GB
RAM- Corsair Vengeance 4 GB
PSU- Corsair VS 550
Case- Some random Cooler Master case
Motherboard- Asus M5197 2.0
HDD- 1 TB something

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Gaming- CS:GO mainly, GTA V and some other games.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: I guess upto 50k. Depends on how much I decide to cash out.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: Nope

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: W10

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1 TB, can reuse my current HDD.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: I'm not sure if I need one. Yes, only if I can fit it in my budget. I have a 21" Acer monitor right now. Max res I think is 1600x1200 or 1600x900.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: HDD, M/KB, Monitor maybe?

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: A month probably.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Chennai. Yes, open to buying online.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Thanks

Gigabyte B150M-D3H -7000,
Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB 2400Mhz -3000,
Antec VP550P -3500,
HIS RX480 8GB Iceq X2 Roaring Turbo -23500,

Coupled with a Freesync Monitor like LG 22MP68VQP, AMD GPUs performance are superb.

HIS GPUs are distributed and serviced by savera in India.
Savera has branches in major cities. OP can directly buy from them.

OP can sell of his existing components except the HDD for 16k including the monitor

Seriously, sell old components and get a GTX 1060.

RX 480 may perform better than GTX 1060 but India has bloated pricing for it and lesser OEM options. If I had to go with team red, I'd pick Asus or MSI.

Can I re use the 7850 till I save enough money to buy a 1060? I'll buy the other components- i5, motherboard, etc etc.

Yes you can use your HD7850 but it will be a bottleneck for your i5 6500 CPU.

Better add more cash by selling this and buy RX480.

Is it worth waiting for the Zen processors?

Also, how about Gigabyte RX 480 for 23500 from a local dealer? Whats the difference between R9 480 and RX 480?

Sorry for bombarding you with questions, thanks again!

Heard that Sapphire's cards temps are out of the chart
No, nothing like that.
You can go with either
HIS RX480 Iceq X2 Roaring Turbo @ 23k (6 power phases)
Or
Sapphire RX480 Nitro+ OC @ 23.5K (5 power phases)

All other Gaming Series GPUs from MSI, Asus & Gigabyte are just over priced & full of bling bling LEDs and just not worth their price.
