Champ Duos costs around 600-700 more on phone side plus does not include a data cable.
I don't require dual sim phone in any case.

I bought this phone for my Mom couple of weeks back.
The phone is decent. However, the UI is little buggy! Touch quality is somewhat better than what I expected @ 3500. Bundled earphones perform decently as well! Build could have been better.
Overall, you cannot expect more from this phone @ 3500! Would prove to be a nice buy!
Have a look at Samsung E3210. IT has got 3G, Live TV & Front Cam as well.

No front cam on this AFAIK.
A front cam version with 3.5mm jack is called E3213 @ 3.4k
