Friends I want to buy a cell with following qualities

1) Good net speed
2) 2 or more mega pixel camera
3) bluetooth,infrared
4) flip model

mainly i want to use the cell for net n cam purpose
budget : 8,000 - 10,000 Rs

Friends can u please suggest me a good cell phone with this qualities

i think there are few good flip phone and w710i is one of them
