Phenom II X4 960T or FX-4100?

Which one would be better proccy Phenom II X4 960T or FX-4100?


I am getting 1 year used Phenom II X4 at Rs 5500
And FX-4100 at Rs 6100 (Flipkart)

Current config:

AMD Athlon X2 250
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P
4gb Ram 1333 Mhz (Kingston and Corsair 2gb each)
Seagate 1tb HDD
Corsair cx 430 v2
samsung Syncmaster 720n

Planning to purchase Gigabyte HD 7770 gfx card as well..

No .... but if you have the purchase bill then the warranty ( 3 years ) starts from the date of purchase.

Another vote for 960T. It performs way better than FX4100 when it comes to gaming and if you're lucky it can unlock to 6 stable cores.

with Op's current mobo it's not safe to unlock or even try unlocking the cpu.

^^True that, but investing on better CPU like 960T is money well spent. He can get a decent 880G chipset (or higher) based board in future to unlock/OC it.
