I have MP3+USB+FM Pen drive of 512MB capcity. While copying the data from computer to pendrive, the process stopped due to insufficent space in pendrive. But some files of 253 mb was created, for which I'm unable to delete it. So I formated the pendrive thru MY Computer- Format Dialog box.

However now, my pendrive capcity is showing only 243 mb. Pls suggest me how to regain the lost space!!!!!

even i got the same thing and have the same problem with that player.
these players are formatted by the manufacturer and the memory is compressed so when you re-format it it reduces to half
so i will suggest you not to do any thing to your player and enjoy 256 mb as you can end up destroying that too
    also see "http://www.s1mp3.org"
