PDA under 10k

Friends i'm tried of using my two years old nokia n91 which i bought for Rs.27,800
Now i want to buy a new phone but i have a tight budget.
i need following things in my phone

1. Large screen with high resolution like 240x320
2. Expandable memory upto 2 gigs
3. Light and thin
4. symbian based or windows 5 or6 and se will aslo do
5. camera not below 2mp
6. good speaker sound
7. body cover should be easily available
8. 3g or wifi

P.Sls don't recommend moto rockr e6 as i have used it and it lacks many features.i would prefer a windows mobile 6 phone if available in my budget

You could probably opt for a good 2nd hand Win Mobile based pda, coz honestly its difficult to get a new one in that budget! Is touch-screen a must for you ?

now friends i have changed my mind and will get the best phone in 8k
plz elp me choose the best
i thought nokia 6121 classic was i good phone as well
for me camera quality doesnt matter at all.
