Ans:pure gaming:mrgreen:(skyrim,bf3,mw3,crysis2,) will buy more games later
(tight on budget:cry:)

Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z68P-DS3 @8.8k
RAM : G-skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL x2 @ 3.3k
Graphics Card: Sapphire HD 6950 2GB GDDR5 @16k
Cabinet : Corsair Carbide 400r @ 5k
DVD Writer: ASUS 24X Sata Black DVD @1.15k
PSU : SeaSonic SS-850AT @6.3k
Monitor : Benq G2222HDL @7.6k
Keyboard:Logitech Media Keyboard K200 @ 0.4k
Mouse: Logitech G300 @ 1.3k
UPS : APC 1.1 KVA @ 4.3k
Total = 70.1k

I say wait for kepler and HD 7870 to arrive and then you finalize which graphics card you have to take.
Also you can add a WD Caviar Blue 250 GB HDD @ 3.6k by going with GS 600 as your PSU @ 4k but I added SS-850AT as it would be more future proof.

The Corsair case is of very good build and is very spacious. But its your choice in the end.

Hard drive prices wont fall properly throughout the beginning of this year because the factories lost a lot of finished goods and hard drive parts in the floods and the factories and machinery were damaged as well. So, to regain the momentum HDD companies had before the floods, its going to take the better part of this year.
