PC hangs before boot

Hello

My problem is that when I start my PC it hangs on first screen before booting and goes on boot screen after 5 to 10
minutes. And if I go to bios options it works very slow to move on bios options. Please help me to resolve this issue.

post ur full confiuration ad did u install any new hardware or installed/updated any new drivers

1. remove any USB devices except Keyboard and Mouse check if problem persist. keep mouse keyboard power cable video cable remove everything else. and see.
2. Check your HDD cable if plugged in properly.
3. scan your HDD by go to Run then type in chkdsk c: /r and you will need administrator rights to do so.
