Buy another 1TB drive later if you require.If you can spend more then get hd7850 or gtx660 for graphic card.

If you want to run 3 VM's together, then put 16 GB ram and keep on the AMD side cuz their you'll get more cores at lower price which will help when running multiple vm's simultaneously.

Corsair VS450 @ Rs. 2,000.00
DVD RW @ Rs. 800.00
Keyboard Mouse (combo) @ Rs. 625.00

Total -> 38k

The said motherboard comes with onboard Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 4250 GPU would good enough to run most games with lowest or low settings :p, which i guess enough for week end gaming :p. Buy more RAM, with VM, more RAM always better :D :D.

^^ investing 300 to 400 bucks for a certified product is not a bad deal so go with CX430v2 or CX500.

For the Motherboard, get the Asus M5A97 Am3+ board. Don't opt for boards based on old 7XX or 8XX chipset which are actually AM3 Motherboard and support newer AM3+ processors through BIOS update. Get a new AM3+ motherboard based on AMD 9XX series like M5A97 @ 6.6K based on AMD 970 chipset.

Another thing, none of the AMD 9XX chipset comes with IGP. So get a cheaper card like AMD HD 5570 DDR3 @ 3K.

This about getting Seasonic S12 II 520 instead of CX500.
Its way better than CX500 in terms of quality and efficiency.
Other than this, your config looks good.
