PC Does Not Boot..

Whenever I turn on my PC, all I get is a black screen with the Power Button LED blinking. No beep sound, no BIOS screen, nothing. How can I boot up?
What to do? I cleaned up all the components and they are fine.

how much old is your system?
did you do any settings change in bios?
and the screen goes black?

Power led of what? Monitor? Usually related to loose ram sticks. Have you tried open & instal l all components again?

Power LED of Monitor (LCD). No, I haven't done anything to the BIOS Settings.
Well, from my experience, if RAM sticks are loose it gives a "beep sound" so I did not do anything to it however I re assembled other parts. My PC is about 5-6 years old.
