PC Configuration in budget 40-60k

Hi i need to build a pc with around budget 40k-50k , which can play all latest games...

I need cpu + gpu to be solid so that it doesnt lag a bit..so please suggest good gpu..preferred in AMD's

and how about CPU to be AMD's too but i heard that it heats a lot ?
