Fill the questionnaire first.

If you are seriously spending 150k on gaming rig, get a 120GB ssd and use the money saved on a 1440p or 2160p monitor for that GTX 1070. Ditch the sound card and dvd drive while you're at it. Get a R5 1600 or 1600x instead of 7600k if you won't be overclocking.

Let OP fill the questionnaire first.

50k is overspending for home use rig. i3s aren't worth the price now.

Why is 1600x priced the same as 1800x?

Buying 1800x is stupid when GTX 1070 is paired with a 1080p monitor instead of at least a 1440p one.
