Somewhere i read unlocked 960t is near 1075t and locked 960t is 945. Its still a gamble, and considering my luck in These kind of stuff,its better not to try

About iGPU memory, it have no meaning. iGPU share some part of RAM. iGPU have no memory of its own.

I was thinking of getting a samsung 20 inch full HD, Is benq better than this??
And also i will only be using this pc for some 6 months Only and the rest i will leave it to my sister and she is not much into gaming, so i thought 6850 will do max and a better processor is always good for doing some real time simulation and CAD.

For latest games, i dont think FX4100 will be a set back as most of the latest games(BF3 and Skyrim) uses more than 2 cores and it is cheap (Rs6233). just my opinion.
