PC and A tv

Now i want to know is there any Graphics card with Tv out cheaper upto 3000.What are the settings i shud do in Tv and PC.I dont want to just view movies in Tv from my pc.I also want to work in the tv display for all my needs.

1) rakee the concept is very old.. check the site as well . ... ppl are using it since ages. check the site itself .. it says
"DVD drives come for Rs. 4000 ... " u can imagine its abt 2 yrs old right from there
2) u cannot work on ur tv for "all ur needs"
tv's render lines
monitors render pixels
they are therefore clearer ... specially for text
u wont be able to see sh*t on ur tv and u will land up spoiling ur eyes
for movies and games the tv "big screen" is entertainin ... but when it comes for normal pc use .... its not suggested

The refresh rate, the pixels etc.. not as good as PC monitors .. and yes you can do it so by getin a graphics card which have a TV out..
