i need a paypal verified account ..to do some shopping from new egg
i need to know if i can make them ship somewhere in united states , while the actual billing address of the card is in india...will getting the account verified be of any help
new egg ships to verified paypal addresses ,

Shipping address can be different from billing address.

Many companies don't accept payment from unverified paypal account.

No Newegg is very very strict on Billing and Shipping. I am very sure that they wont ship it. You can still have a live chat with a Billing guy on their website after 7-8PM

For account verification you can need Vertual Credit Card (VCC). the vertual credit card can be got by paying 5$ to verify your PayPal.

If they allow..than U can use..else U cant
