Partion for hard disk 320 gb

hi,
I purchased one seagate ide hdd for 320 gb. I have DM 9.5 (disk manager) and fdisk inbuild in windows. Is these s/w capable of partion disk as per my requirement. I want 8- 10 partions for 30- 40 gb each. (due to my requirement) I want to install win xp proff in future.
