    I was just experimenting a bit with CSS .... and well the problem is that the page wouldn't render properly in Opera ... Tried it in FF and it works fine... Don't need to bother about IE coz it doesn't support PNG transparency in the first place...

    Here is the code

    For the HTML file
    Code:
    <html>
    <head>
    <title>Hello !</title>
    <link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" href="style.css">
    </head>
    <body>
    [img]image.png[/img]

    A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away ..... </p>

    A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away ..... </p>

    A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away ..... </p>

    A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away ..... </p>
    </body>
    </html>

    And the CSS file
    Code:
    body
    {
    	background:#aaaaaa;
    }

    p
    {
    	color: #ffff00;
     	text-align:center;
    	font-family: Comic Sans MS;
    }

    .image_1
    {
    	position:fixed;
    	top:0;
    	left:0;
    	width:100%;
    	height:40%;
    }

    And here is it what it's supposed to look like ....

    [IMG]

    See the ugly gap on the right ?

    So what am I doing wrong here ? I want it to be rendered the same on both the pages ...

    Pally gave me the link to the Opera forums ... and the problem is solved now !

    Just needed to add margin:0; padding:0; in the body ....
