P-IV Processor

I wanna purchase a P-IV 2.4GHz processor.Is it available in the market & wat is the price?Is there any possibility that its gonna be out of market within a month?I have a 865GVF Intel original motherboard.Which r the other Intel processors can i use?i live in West Bengal.Plz suggest some reliable counters.

U can buy a p4 2.4 for 6000 approx, u can also use 3.0ghz on an 865 orgnl intel (i use one) it comes with ht and emt64 for 64bit processors...

PIV 2.4Ghz---costs 5200/-

but you can go for atleast 2.8Ghz HT and the mobo supports upto 3.0Ghz HT

as technologies r changing. know abt pci-e express technology before u decide on gettin the right mbd. google for more!
