outlook downloading messages

iv been using outlook 2003 with SP2 for quite some time now to download my GMAIL e-mails.
right since today morning all mails are being downloaded twice ..

wonder whose nut has gone loose. my outlook's or gmail's ...

any idea guys?

check if there are two email accounts set up. Did you copy the account by mistake?

go 2 ur gmail account > forwarding and pop > pop download > untick enable pop for all downlosd even mail that has already been downloaded) > save settings.

nops ... only one a/c is configured and that option has always been unchecked ..
another friend of mine also had the same issue some days back with gmail ....

well btw the mail which came in jus now after u guys posted in this forum got downloaded only once ... so seems its fine now ... lets c ..thanks for ur help guys ...

hey buddy ...jus type gmail.com in ur browser and there it tells u gmail is still BETA....

LOL. So you cannot really complain when it messes up. It is only beta.
