Do you want to send an invite? To do this in your Orkut homepage, click 'Friends' on top. Then in the left side column, you will the section to send an invite.
I don't think there are any forums dedicated completely to Orkut except for the Orkut hacks. Theres one thread here in digit forums too. Read here
