Some one tell me, when u dial the Orange hotline number & for ur query as u speak to the customer care executive they would as you ur date of birth and billing address also u can call on behalf of someone, provide these details & still information out from them. People using Orange wud know this.
Now my question is how does it work & how secure is this? Coz take for instance, ummmm, ok , I know my neighbor is a orange subscriber, I wud know his DOB as well the Add, I cud easily get account details , how safe is this? N e one knowing n e ones DOb, Add & fone no can easily have access.
I hope u r understanding wat I m tryin to say. Its like when we have forgotten password & if someone knows the answer to my secret Qs, one can easily acquire the password, so watz the security?
