hi folks

i had got oracle i from www.oracle.otn.com and i want to install it on my linux machine. can anbybody tell me how to install it on my linux machine. if there is any link for this please provide me.

Please be more descriptive about your Linux box...

If the file you downloaded is a .tar.gz file, then...

hi,

i know how to install the tar.gz package. but the file got is fp file from which i had to extract the oracle directory and by using a script in i had to install the oracle but not directly like tar.gz script.

however it is throwing some configuration errors which i am unable find. even it is the throwing the and stack at me so that i copy it and show it here. it just throwing some configurations missing.

please help me.
