Basically what i want to know the following
1) does a 14" lappie get more hot and less stable as compared to the 15" laptop?....and is it true that 15" laptops last longer than 14"?
2) Is the nvidia 640m better than the amd 7730?
3) 1TB 5400rpm vs 500gb 7200rpm..which is better? (i know the 7200rpm is faster, but is there any notable difference in speed between the 2?
4)is a 768p on a 14" better than on 15"?

1) does a 14" lappie get more hot and less stable as compared to the 15" laptop?....and is it true that 15" laptops last longer than 14"? If you look at 14r se and 15r se both are good at heat dissipation, and NO the screen size has got nothing to do with a laptop being stable or lasting longer, its the way you use it that matters.
2) Is the nvidia 640m better than the amd 7730? they are pretty much the same, in gaming you won't notice a lot of difference, but the 640m scores higher in benchmarks,
3) 1TB 5400rpm vs 500gb 7200rpm..which is better? (i know the 7200rpm is faster, but is there any notable difference in speed between the 2? space vs speed, its your choice
4)is a 768p on a 14" better than on 15"? yes 768 on 14" is better, but the 15r se has an option for 1080P.....

In the end its your choice.......

Not much notable difference.

btw you should give proper thread titles. I've edited this time, but take it as a warning for next time.

Before enduro technology hp made a switchable graphics option in their laptops that I'm using, which works totally perfect for me.

The difference in 5400rpm and 7200rpm is not much, better opt for more storage i.e. opt for 1TB HDD.
is a 768p on a 14" better than on 15"?
It will be almost same.

I suggest you to opt for Inspiron 14R/15R SE with a Full HD Display.
