opera bookmarks

hey guys!
i want to export opera bookmarks to IE & firefox.
how do u do it.
also can i use mozilla thunderbird to access &download my yahoo mail account.
if yes pls give me the incoming & out going server names.

best option get inBookmarks
otherwise ... in opera .. file->export->bookmarks in html
in firefox .. bookmarks manager -> import
cant say abt IE
