Opening email attachments with Symantec

Hi Friends!

This is my first post and i'm looking forward to some active interaction!

My query is as follows :

My office email is configured on Netscape ver 7.1 and recently i had installed on my computer Symantec ver 10.1.7.7000. Since then, I am having a problem opening MS-Word and MS-Excel files attached to my emails. Word and Excel are included in helper applications of Netscape. All other attachments can be opened.

Please help!

I presume you are using a corporate version of Symantec. Am I right??

What happens when you try to open the docs???
