Open Office Help? Please help me

Right off the assembly line
When i start my office Writer i always get this error message

"Error Loading BASIC of document file:///C:/documents%20and%20settings/donson/appliction%20data/openoffice.org2/user/uno_packages/cache/uno_packages/103.tmp_writertools.oxt/writer tools/script.xlb
General Error
General Input/Output error"

What shall i do

Delete this directory -->
