This is happening due the difference in ram module architectures and or speed.
Many members in this forum have asked about using ram modules from different brands together and this is what happens.Even if the system does boot you might have memory data transfer and usage corruption.

What I know [Of my lil knowledge] about Rams is Always use same brand and same Level Of RAM if you are going to use it in 2 or more slots.

So
Trans 1 GB DDR II 667 Mhz Slot I
Trans 1 GB DDR II 667 Mhz Slot II
Trans 1 GB DDR II 667 Mhz Slot III Works Fine but

Trans 1 GB DDR II 667 Mhz Slot I
Dunet 1 GB DDR II 800 Mhz Slot II etc sometime cause probs.

You can try ram module combination in different slots and if that doesn't help u'll have to dump your ram modules.I suggest you use the two transcend modules in different channels(without the dynet module). This will help you set up dual channel configuration and will double your performance.
