Word 2010 and later versions have in built functionality to do that. Save as - > pdf.

hi CA50 im using now ms office 2007 pro plus-what shud i install-saveaspdf.when did this with my wms office 2010 it bungled up all my word files so i removed 2010.

saveaspdf plugin for MS office '07 or direct save as pdf in office 2010 or kingsoft office 2013

Not at all, just keep your adobe as default reader. Btw why do you prefer adobe over foxit?
