I like UAC.. making an Administrator account and then a standard account helped solved a lot of problems on Vista.. and it also makes me feel at home like I'm on Linux or Mac..

If you think UAC is annoying, this tool should definitely help. But do check out the privacy policy. It reports the name of every app that generates an UAC prompt. If you are uncomfortable with that make sure you opt out during installation.
