Hey Gionee M2 looks good option too.... Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A7, GPU- Mali-400 (how good it is?????) and 4200mAH battery!!

It has Mali 400MP2(Dual core) GPU and support full HD playback with android default player and run almost all games.

doesn't the ppi sucks ? not even 200..

battery is a bomb though

cpu/gpu is fine.. will run all games smoothly

Most people who bought this phone on TDF is saying display is not bad it is not as sharp as HD displays but managable.

I am not from Delhi so i can't tell where to buy you may order online from but their after sales service is good and their service center are almost everywhere even in small town.
