Nokia N72 Backup problem

I have purchased Nokia N72 last week. Installed Nokia PC Suite v6.83 on my PC. Now, when I try to backup my phone data via cable by using Content Copier, it works fine till 40% (...copying Multimedia messages... though I have none in my phone), the phone hangs and after about 3-4 minutes an error message saying "Phone is disconnected, cannot be backed up" appears.

Can anyone tell me the reason and remedy to backup my data?

exactly the same thing happens with my N70!!!
the only solution i was able to get is "Sprite Backup Application" .. google it for more info!!
