Nokia 3230 couple of doubts

Firstly, I wanted to ask whether i could use my 3230 as modem over bluetooth and connect to internet with my existing dial up connection

Secondly, I wanted to ask whether i could control my PC through mobile through bluetooth. For example i could browse my PC's hardisk and i could play the MP3 files through the computer itself
