No run, No taskmanager ??????

Dear friends iam facing a problem if i go start ---- run -- we cannot see the run option there or if try to go to run by pressing windows button + R it is giving a message that "ADMINISTRATOR HAS DISABLED RUN"

If we try to go to taskmanager by pressing crl+ALT+DELETE the same message is coming "ADMINISTRATOR HAS DISABLED TASKMANAGER"

What may be the possible reasion? iam the admin of that pc. Hope my friends will help me to solve this issue

Your system is infected with Brontoq virus. Scan your system first with a good antivirus like kaspersky.

Indeed its a virus infection.
Scan with a good anti-virus in safe mode. In the mean time u can enable Run, task manager using regedit. Goto:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies

And delete all keys under this key. It'll remove all kind of restrictions. If regedit is also disabled, then following this tut:
