No new application running with win 7

hey hi people
I'm going through this strange problem, today i tried to install Counter Strike, after installation when i tried running it, it showed me a black screen and the again brought me to my desktop. i thought it as weird. after that i tried to run Sculptris but again it refused to run. then i Installed FreeCAD but after installation it didn't ran. i don't know what is the problem.
its not even showing in Task manager that it is running in background.
But my system is running the old installations/applications, there is no problem with those apps. whatever i tried to install today is refusing to work.
My system specs are
AMD A8
asus f1 A55-m lx plus
corsair 4gb vengeance
250GB HDD
win 7 ultimate

May be an uncomplete installation messed things up. Try system restore and see if it works.

first scan your pc with bitdefender/kasperesky rescue disk
after that open command prompt as administrator. then run the following command
sfc /scannow

Cleaning registry using Ccleaner is also a good step to do.

Try installing DirectX first. If that doesn't work, a fresh OS re-installation will the the best solution.

dude this installation is from 2011 and I have been doing pretty good with that.

Cleaning registry using Ccleaner is also a good step to do.

Done that already.

Try installing DirectX first. If that doesn't work, a fresh OS re-installation will the the best solution.

I'm sure it is not the direct x. And I don't want to do a fresh installation that is why im asking for ur help.

I have scanned the system with malwarebytes and found 16 defects. But there still no improvement after deleting them. I still need to scan my system with antivirus. I will do it as soon as I get a working internet. My broadband is down for some days. After an update I will scan it with avast.

Scan your system with Norton Power Eraser when you get your internnet working.

i scanned it with bitdefender rescue disk found 55 infected files. it cleaned them too. but now when im running this sfc command. the verification reaches to 12% then stops and gives a message
"Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation."

what should be the next step???

have you tried installing the mentioned softwares after cleaning with bitdefender?
if you have windows 7 disk, then boot with that disk and try to do a repair.

are you sure that you opened CMD as administrator ?

if not yet solved , try these as well in CMD as administrator

sfc /scanfile=c:\Windows\System32\winload.exe

sfc /scanfile=c:\Windows\System32\boot\winload.exe

if you have windows 7 disk, then boot with that disk and try to do a repair.

yes i ran it as an administrator the individual command said that no integrity violations were found i have one more question at this time i have win 7 SP1 disk so will it matter if i try to do a repair with that, coz the previous disk was not a SP1 so do service packs matter???

what i found that only these applications such as FreeCAD, sculptris, CS 1.6 and Osmos means they are graphic application those are not running, although i was able to use other apps like recuva after installation means i guess it is related to graphic problem so i though updating my Direct x and check the catalyst drivers. but there are no updates available. so what should i do now???
