MSI P45 Neo F
As for the RAM, go for 2 1GB modules.
Gaming mice and keyboard from Logitech are good but they cost a lot.

for RAM go for single stick of 2 GB, motherboards supports upto 4GB single chip.
2GB 800FSB will cost around 1800, single stick 1GB costs 1K.

How are you getting SP2208 in 13K
FOr cabinet get an Zebronics model which you like or Coolermaster Elite 330
PSU 600W Coolermaster Extreme or Corsair 450VX

You have many options for speakers, spend accordingly(spare money)

I think you will save enough for Logitech Z5500, if you buy E7200and MSI P45 Neo-F
if you buy better proccy like E8400 or E8500 you may not. Z5500 comes around 5.5-6K
Its best 5.1 speaker in the range.

2 1GB modules offer better performance than a single 2 GB module. Transcend value RAM 1 GB 800 Mhz is available for around Rs 800. As for the HDD, go for WD. For that kind of a rig, don't go for cheap cabinets and PSUs. Go for a Cooler Master cabinet like the CM690. You can go for an Antec 600- 650 W PSU.

and 2GB RAM gives option of getting another 2GB single stick latter, besides if the guy wanna spend latter on, he will have 2 DIMMs and hence 1GB sticks will be a waste. Why throw latter when it can be managed properly now.

And the performance ratings, can you give to show how much gain there is. AFAIK its due to dual channel RAM.

Elite 330 from cooler master is not cheap, and why spend 2K more to get CM690 instead of putting it properly for the hardware, also Zebbronics cabinet are also not cheap, they have good fan system
