Need to gift a PC to my cousin ... Help me please.

1) Gaming and HD Movies
2)Budget- 30 to 35k
3)NO overclock ( SO suggest an fast proccy and a factory overclocked GPU)
4)Windows 7
5)I have an 1 tb hdd
6)He has an samsung 22 HD monitor
7)Already own .. HDD, Keyboard&Mouse, Monitor
8)15th may most probably
9)I am going to assemble this PC
10)Will get things from Lamington Road .. No to online stuffs.

^^You're not OC'ing right? Then forget AMD. Core i3-2100 is a good gaming chip.

^^Not true, FX series processors doesn't even perform close to Phenom counterparts.

That's wrong piece of info. In Pen & paper Bulldozer FX series looks very solid but in real life performance their 8 core FX 8120 performs lower than their previous gen Phenom II X6 1100T. Similarly their 4 core FX 4100 sometimes performs lower than prev gen Phenom II X4 955/965.

And i3 2100 is ahead of all the sub 10K FX processors in terms of gaming performance. It's better than FX 4100 (4 cores), FX 6100 (6 cores) and even Phenom II X4 955/965
